PalmrockRP Store Terms of Service By purchasing any package, subscription, or digital content from the PalmrockRP Tebex Store, you agree to the following terms. Please read carefully before completing your purchase.

Refund Policy

1. All purchases are non-refundable. You are purchasing a digital subscription or digital perks, which cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded once delivered. Chargebacks or payment disputes will result in a permanent ban from PalmrockRP and all affiliated services.

Subscriptions & Perks

1. Subscriptions grant perks for the duration of the active billing cycle only. Perks do not stack or carry over into the next month if unused. Failure to use perks during your subscription period is your responsibility. Perks may include—but are not limited to—priority queue, supporter tags, and cosmetic content as outlined in each package.

Business Proposals

1. Submitting a business proposal does not guarantee approval. All proposals are reviewed by PalmrockRP Management. If denied, the customer will not be refunded. A maximum of one proposal per month may be submitted per supporter.

Custom MLOs (Maps/Interiors)

1. Supporters must purchase and supply their own legitimate MLOs. The Supporter rank does not grant a free MLO. Instead, it grants the ability to submit an MLO for review and possible import into the city. All MLOs must be submitted for review and approval by Management. PalmrockRP reserves the right to deny any MLO that does not meet server quality, performance, or lore standards.

1 of 1 Vehicles & Clothing

1. All 1 of 1 content must be approved by Matthew (Management) before being added. Vehicles must be: Lore-friendly (fit the GTA universe). Free of real-world branding, badges, or copyrighted logos. Compliant with Rockstar’s Terms of Service. Clothing follows the same rules as vehicles. Supporters are responsible for providing the content files.

General Store Rules

1. Perks are cosmetic or quality-of-life based only. PalmrockRP does not sell “pay-to-win” advantages. PalmrockRP reserves the right to update, modify, or remove perks to maintain server balance and performance. Attempting to exploit perks, duplicate benefits, or abuse the store system will result in removal of perks and possible server ban. Purchases grant access to perks only and do not grant ownership of any in-game business, asset, or permanent feature. PalmrockRP reserves the right to revoke or adjust perks at any time if deemed necessary for community fairness or compliance.

Acknowledgement

1. By purchasing from the PalmrockRP Store, you acknowledge and agree that: You are buying digital perks to support server costs and development. Perks are subject to server rules, Rockstar’s Terms of Service, and PalmrockRP’s roleplay guidelines. Your purchase does not make you exempt from server rules, staff decisions, or community standards.
2. Final Note: Supporting PalmrockRP is voluntary, and we are deeply thankful to every supporter. Your contributions keep the community alive, growing, and full of new opportunities.

🛡️ Supporter Tier Information & Policy

Supporter Tiers are a voluntary contribution to help support the ongoing development, hosting, and growth of our city. The perks associated with these tiers are bonus features of appreciation and are not guaranteed or permanent.

All Supporter Tiers, their features, and associated perks are subject to change, modification, or removal at any time without prior notice.

Any vehicle, MLO, or clothing request/import made through a supporter tier will be reviewed by City Management for suitability, optimization, and compliance. If approved, the asset will be added to the city; if denied, you may revise and resubmit your request.

All submitted or imported assets must comply with FiveM and Rockstar Games’ Terms of Service. Any content found to be in violation of these terms—or otherwise deemed unsuitable for the city—may be removed at any time without compensation if required by FiveM, Rockstar, or management.

Supporter contributions are non-refundable and do not constitute a purchase of in-game assets, administrative privileges, or ownership of any server content. The supporter perks are a token of appreciation, not a contractual service.

By contributing as a supporter, you agree to these terms and acknowledge that your perks, assets, or features can be changed, restricted, or revoked at the discretion of City Management at any time.

🚗 1 of 1 Vehicle Policy Update — Effective Today (Nov 19)

Description:

Starting November 19, all new 1 of 1 vehicle submissions must meet updated server requirements. Please review the guidelines below before submitting a vehicle.

What Counts as a 1 of 1

✔ Fully custom vehicle models

✔ Custom-made vehicles

✔ Vehicles with a unique livery plus custom modifications

What Does NOT Count

❌ Stock or non-custom vehicles

❌ Publicly available vehicle models

❌ Cars with only simple reskins or minor edits

Grandfathered Vehicles

All previous 1 of 1 submissions (before and including today) will remain approved as long as they follow TOS and server rules.

How to Submit

A short description

Any custom work or concept details

Your submission will be evaluated for uniqueness, balance, performance, and TOS compliance.

Important Notice

The 1 of 1 program is a bonus feature, not a guarantee.

Management may approve, deny, or remove any 1 of 1 vehicle at any time if it violates TOS, causes issues, or disrupts server balance.
