As part of supporting PalmrockRP, certain supporter tiers may request custom clothing items each subscription term. All requests are reviewed individually, and we reserve the right to decline any item that does not align with the city’s standards, theme, or performance requirements. Examples of requests we may deny include personalized/name-specific items (personal names are not permitted; gang and business names are acceptable), low-quality or blurry textures, and clothing that is poorly rigged or improperly made.
We also encourage members to work with experienced creators within our Discord. You can find approved designers by looking for the Creative Designer role or by visiting the #PARTNERS channel to commission custom work. To ensure smooth imports and maintain server performance, creators must follow our technical requirements for clothing files. If an item does not meet these requirements, textures may be resized and/or recompressed to keep the server optimized—this can cause reduced clarity, especially for players using lower texture settings. In some cases, we may have to reject an item entirely due to technical limitations, such as embedded textures using unsupported compression formats or texture names containing special characters that our processing tools cannot currently handle.
PalmrockRP will not accept any supporter requests that include real-world (IRL) branding of any kind. This applies to both vehicles and clothing—please ensure your requests do not include IRL logos, badges, model branding, manufacturer names, or any other identifiable real-world trademarks.
This policy change is being implemented strictly for compliance and risk management. While we have not been contacted by CFX or Rockstar at this time, we are taking this step proactively out of an abundance of caution to avoid potential enforcement issues and unnecessary complications for the server and community.
If you disagree with this decision, feedback should be directed to CFX/Rockstar through their official support channels or community Discord, as this policy is intended to keep PalmrockRP aligned with their current expectations.

PalmrockRP Texture Compression Standards
To keep clothing packs optimized and compatible, all textures should use one of the compression formats below:
- BC1 / DXT1 — Use for full-color textures without transparency (no alpha channel needed).
- BC3 / DXT5 — Use for full-color textures with transparency (alpha channel required).
- BC7 / BPTC — Higher-quality compression that supports richer color and transparency (alpha), where applicable.
